About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee major construction projects in and around Bradford . This role requires a leader with a strong background in managing all phases of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and closeout. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an on-site position critical for ensuring the successful delivery of significant building and infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project progression.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor quality and identify potential issues.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects, resolving any conflicts or disputes that arise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management .
- Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in the Bradford area.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
