About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee significant building projects from their base in Bradford . This role is crucial for ensuring that all construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to execution and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations, coupled with exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications and client expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager .
