About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of business transformation projects, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies impacting the transformation effort.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to executive sponsors and all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years in project management, with a substantial focus on business transformation and change management.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale organisational change programmes.
- Strong understanding of process re-engineering, strategic planning, and operational improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus).
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
