About the Role
Our client, a leading innovator in the Fintech space, is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex Fintech projects from initiation to closure.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across globally distributed teams.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies in a remote setting.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on the Fintech industry .
- Proven track record of delivering complex software and product development projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience managing remote teams and utilizing collaboration tools effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and security best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
