About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Remote Hospitality Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting catering and hospitality projects. Operating entirely remotely, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You will coordinate teams, manage resources, and drive innovation to achieve project success from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage project execution, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct project reviews and report on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager , ideally within the hospitality or catering sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaborative online tools.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and drive results from a distance, ideally with an understanding of the Oxford area's hospitality scene.
