About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Blockchain Project Manager to join their team in Bristol . This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing blockchain projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes in the fast-paced Crypto & Blockchain industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including task management and progress tracking.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year focused on blockchain or technology projects.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles.
- Understanding of blockchain technology concepts and the Crypto & Blockchain landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
