About the Role
Our client is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to drive their e-commerce initiatives from their base in Sunderland . This role is instrumental in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, including website redesigns, platform integrations, and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, IT, and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution and enhance the online customer experience. This is a remote-first position offering flexibility and the chance to shape the digital presence of a growing brand, impacting customers across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects , from initial concept and scope definition to final delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to achieve project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking.
- Oversee the implementation of new features and improvements for the company's e-commerce platform and digital channels.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Digital Project Manager , with a strong emphasis on e-commerce platforms and digital marketing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
