About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects , including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring successful project completion.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, vendors, and business units.
- Implement and oversee rigorous quality assurance processes for all project deliverables.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience specifically managing IT projects .
- Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
