About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Telecoms Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting projects based in Cardiff . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of telecommunications infrastructure projects, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels, manage project teams, and mitigate risks, playing a key part in enhancing our client's service delivery capabilities across Wales and beyond, supported by a flexible hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations upon completion.
Requirements
- Proven track record in project management , specifically within the telecoms industry .
- Experience managing projects involving network deployment, infrastructure upgrades, or service rollouts.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
