Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex projects, ensuring they meet or exceed business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, utilising robust project management tools.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective contingency plans.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among distributed team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across all projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and associated software.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations remotely.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management , budget control, and resource optimization.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
