Overview In this role within Primark’s Supply Chain Solutions team, you will drive innovation and automation to enhance omnichannel fulfilment and retail distribution. You lead cross-functional workstreams to optimise the logistics network, support growth, and boost efficiency and scalability across the end-to-end supply chain. You collaborate with Digital Retail, Finance, Inbound, Logistics, Procurement and Technology to deliver future-focused solutions. Responsibilities - Support development and implementation of fulfilment and distribution network projects to improve capacity and growth
- Lead analysis of operational and financial data to identify improvements and assist investment decisions
- Design future-state logistics processes across inbound, storage, picking, packing, returns and outbound operations
- Deliver automation and operational improvement initiatives with internal teams and external partners
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams from concept through implementation with plans, budgets, risks, and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Property, Depot Investment and Retail for successful delivery
- Support testing, commissioning and operational readiness ensuring solutions meet business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement, governance and cost management to deliver measurable benefits
Key requirements - educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- minimum 3-5 years' experience in project management, solutions design or operational improvement within fulfilment, logistics or supply chain environments
- experience delivering operational change, automation or network projects
- strong understanding of warehouse, fulfilment and distribution operations
- experience managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously
- advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- knowledge of AutoCAD or similar AEC design software is advantageous
- project management qualification (APMP, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) desirable
