Overview In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of water sector projects, aligning with client expectations and Stantec’s framework. You’ll build strong client and stakeholder relationships, identify and mitigate risks early, and manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet targets. You’ll report progress to internal and external audiences and contribute to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead planning, execution, and delivery of water sector projects
- Build and maintain client, consultant, contractor, and internal stakeholder relationships
- Identify and mitigate risks early and address issues proactively
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet financial and operational targets
- Prepare and present regular updates and documentation to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
Key requirements - Experience in the water industry
- Prior project management experience
- Industry-recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ)
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and build strong stakeholder relationships
