Overview In this role you lead the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment and strip-out projects for a major contractor. You will manage on-site activities, labour, and materials to ensure safe, timely, high-quality outcomes. You’ll handle commercial aspects, monitor subcontractors, and report progress to clients and the team. You’ll build strong client and design-team relationships and drive safety, efficiency, and tailor-made project solutions. This is a pivotal role with exposure to high-value refurbishments and a chance to shape project success.

Responsibilities - Oversee daily project operations and on-site activities to ensure timely, quality delivery
- Set up site, manage labour and materials
- Manage project commercial aspects, including prelims, labour allocation, delays, and changes
- Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct progress reviews
- Prepare and present progress reports for client and team meetings
- Champion safety across direct staff, agency workers, and subcontractors
- Lead effective progress meetings with the site team and attend as needed
- Provide tailored services to assist clients in planning and managing projects
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, design teams, and client representatives
Key requirements - Proven track record delivering construction and refurbishment projects up to 10m
