Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment, ensuring timely, compliant delivery. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, supply chains, and designers, while maintaining strong governance and project controls. Working mainly on-site with hybrid flexibility, you’ll steer complex NEC4 ECC programs and use CEMAR to track contractual processes. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from planning to close-out
- Manage projects under NEC4 ECC, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, instructions, programme controls, and change management
- Utilise CEMAR or similar systems to track contractual processes
- Integrate cost, risk, programme, and reporting for oversight
- Identify critical activities, dependencies, and constraints to drive delivery
- Act as primary liaison for clients, supply chain, designers, and consultants
- Foster collaborative yet commercially disciplined working relationships
- Provide leadership and ensure compliance in nuclear/defense or highly regulated environments
Key requirements - Strong enabling / infrastructure project delivery experience
- Demonstrable experience managing NEC 4 ECC projects
- Solid project controls experience aligning programme, cost, risk, change, and reporting
- Experience from pre-construction through mobilisation, construction, and close-out
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong communication, reporting, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in nuclear, defence or other highly regulated environments
- Experience with CEMAR or similar NEC contract management systems (desirable)
