Overview You will lead project delivery in line with the project plan, coordinating diverse teams to meet KPIs and maintain safe, compliant delivery. You’ll manage budgets, risks and procurement, while driving continuous improvement and digital excellence. The role supports sustainability goals and Mace’s net-zero ambitions through effective design coordination and stakeholder communication. This is a hands-on leadership role within a values-driven, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities - Lead project delivery in line with the Project Plan, coordinating teams, consultants and contractors to meet KPIs
- Monitor progress, budget and risks, driving proactive mitigation and maintaining accurate project records
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance through robust systems aligned with the Mace Way
- Manage procurement, project changes and documentation to support timely, effective delivery
- Coordinate design, programme integration and stakeholder communication to achieve project objectives
- Promote digital excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement, contributing to Mace’s net-zero ambitions
Key requirements - Architectural or Engineering degree
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and industry regulations
- Growing capability in budgeting, commercial controls and procurement
- Holds relevant technical qualifications or progressing toward professional accreditation (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS)
