Responsibilities - Embed a robust breakdown structure by consolidating data from controls functions
- Coordinate and lead estimating sessions to establish a market-tested cost baseline
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions to create the master schedule baseline
- Integrate procurement lead times into the schedule to meet install dates
- Lead risk management with qualitative and quantitative assessments
- Manage stakeholder sign-off and provide regular progress updates
- Embed and maintain an integrated update process for schedule, cost, risk and changes
- Influence principal contractor and client to drive delivery and meet KPI targets
- Control costs via conceptual estimating, funding stage gates, contingency and procurement principles
- Oversee the master program with quality checks on updates from client/contractor
- Lead change management processes to track and approve changes timely
- Identify trends and root causes of deviations and implement remedial actions
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering controls in a major project/programme environment
- Experience managing a multi-functional controls team
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
- Reliable and autonomous
- Strong verbal and written communication
