Responsibilities - Reporting and contract administration
- Liaison with design teams and contractors, including site inspections
- Assist with fee proposals and procurement documentation
- Maintaining project records (risk registers, programmes, execution plans)
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional teams
- Support commercial objectives with cost management
- Contribute to project planning, governance, risk management and delivery
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Support wider business development initiatives
Key requirements - Degree qualified; MRICS desirable but training support available
- Experience in client-facing project management in construction
