Overview In this role you drive delivery of complex business-change projects within TransUnion’s Global Operations PMO in the UK. You collaborate with clients, third parties and cross-functional teams to define objectives, plan resources and manage risks, costs and schedules. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure governance and quality standards, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The role offers exposure to diverse projects across the UK, with opportunities to influence delivery practices and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients, third parties and teams to capture requirements and implement appropriate project/service delivery processes
- Define objectives, success measures, and develop realistic plans with resource, cost and financial reporting
- Oversee day-to-day project operations including schedules, costs, resources, dependencies and changes
- Lead cross-functional teams and adapt leadership style to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate change, testing and implementation activities with clear milestones and responsibilities
- Prepare clear communications, progress metrics and reports for stakeholders and Programme Boards
- Maintain RAID logs and implement mitigation strategies for risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Establish governance, QA, and delivery standards to meet time, cost and quality targets
- Manage Change Requests by assessing impact on scope, costs, resources and timelines
- Maintain project documentation and regulatory awareness throughout delivery
Key requirements - University degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of project-management experience with end-to-end lifecycle delivery
- Working knowledge of traditional and Agile methodologies (Waterfall, DSDM, Scrum)
- Strong understanding of project governance and QA, including RAID logs and reporting
- Proven ability to deliver organizational and process change through collaboration with diverse stakeholders

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Copilot
- Ability to develop actionable project plans and resolve interdependencies
- Experience creating and maintaining resource schedules, financial reports, RAID logs, change requests, and knowledge repositories
