Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of major capital and infrastructure projects at the Carlton site, shaping manufacturing operations for Premier Foods’ iconic brands. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring safety and food manufacturing compliance, and develop business cases for investments. You will build and mentor a team of Project Engineers and collaborate with site and central teams to deliver priority initiatives. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities - Lead capital, infrastructure and improvement projects from concept through commissioning

Key requirements - Capital project management experience within FMCG or manufacturing
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership with multi-disciplinary team management experience
