Overview In this role you lead the delivery of aids and adaptations projects across occupied social housing properties, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution with high quality. Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of aids and adaptations projects across North and South Birmingham
- Manage a small operational team (approx. 4–6 staff)
- Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget discipline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and residents
- Monitor quality standards to deliver excellent customer outcomes
