Overview In this two-year fixed-term role, you will lead a complex PLM initiative within the MBE programme to simplify processes, improve data access, and enable better decision-making. You will work with IT, business and cross-functional teams to design, deliver and embed processes and systems that support growth and operational excellence. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, risk and cost management, and stakeholder engagement across Greencore sites. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape product lifecycle improvements at scale in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of the PLM project within the MBE programme, meeting scope, timelines and budget
- Collaborate with business, technical and data stakeholders to ensure the PLM solution delivers operational and commercial benefits
- Develop and maintain detailed, structured project plans aligned with PM standards and timelines
- Manage project scope with formal change control processes
- Maintain cost forecasts and track spend to keep deliverables within budget
- Coordinate internal and external resources to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and maintain regular updates
- Conduct risk management and maintain a risk register with mitigations
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance and documentation standards
- Identify and manage inter-dependencies across the broader programme for timely milestone delivery
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering complex business change or transformation projects in FMCG, manufacturing or supply-chain environments
- Experience with enterprise PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, Oracle Agile PLM, Dassault ENOVIA, Infor PLM, Point 74) or similar
- Project management experience with multiple methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMI, MSP, Waterfall, Agile)
- Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, Certified Scrum Master)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office
- Experience leading and guiding a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills with multitasking ability
- Risk identification and mitigation capability
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to prioritise across issues to maximise value and minimise impact
- Experience with RAID and change management
