Responsibilities - Lead delivery of large-scale education construction projects
- Manage project programmes, budgets and resources
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
- Provide leadership and support to site and project teams
- Manage project risks and drive successful outcomes from pre-construction to handover
- Report project performance to senior management
Key requirements - Proven experience in a Tier 1 main contractor environment
- Significant experience delivering large-scale education or school projects
- Track record of managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and programme management capabilities
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and NVQL6
- Full UK driving licence
