Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex M&E projects in Leeds. You’ll steer budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. You’ll work closely with contractors, consultants, and the client to maintain quality and compliance while driving continuous improvement. This is a key position for shaping major building services projects within a global construction consultancy.

Responsibilities - Manage overall project costs, schedules and budgets with financial discipline
- Lead and coordinate General Contractors, subcontractors and consultants, maintaining transparent, collaborative relationships
- Track milestones and dependencies to prevent schedule slippage and sustain momentum
- Conduct client meetings and stakeholder reviews, delivering clear, professional updates
- Oversee MEP design, installation and commissioning ensuring compliance with specs, regulations, and safety
- Review and approve technical docs and BIM data to ensure quality
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks with contingency planning
- Support and mentor project team for continuous improvement and development
Key requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 8 years' project management experience with at least 5 years in MEP/building services
- Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building services and construction methods
- Experience in contract management and vendor/consultant coordination
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
