Overview As an ECC NEC Project Manager, you lead infrastructure projects and programmes, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and NEC contracts. You mentor junior PMs and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex delivery challenges. You will navigate commercial, risk, and governance aspects while maintaining health, safety and quality standards. This role offers the chance to influence high-profile projects and advance infrastructure outcomes on a global scale.
Responsibilities - Lead delivery of infrastructure projects across their lifecycle
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts; manage contracts and disputes
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting and project controls
- Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards are met
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as trusted adviser to clients
- Plan and coordinate multiple work streams and communicate with senior client contacts
- Drive problem solving and develop workable solutions under pressure
Key requirements - NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (essential)
- Significant experience in infrastructure project/programme management
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving abilities
- Commercial awareness with budgeting and forecasting experience
