Overview As IT Project Manager you will drive end-to-end delivery of IT projects, aligning with programme objectives and business priorities. You’ll build strong relationships across functional areas and with suppliers, guiding projects from planning through implementation and into Operations. You’ll work in a matrix IT environment, delivering cross-functional initiatives that support Crest Nicholson’s mission of sustainable, well-connected communities. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on coordinating complex workstreams and delivering value through technology.

Responsibilities - Manage multiple IT projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with programme priorities
- Define scope, deliverables, success criteria and develop detailed project plans
- Track dependencies, manage budgets and ensure milestones and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with business areas to clarify requirements and manage expectations
- Provide regular project reporting and risk management to the Project Board
- Matrix-manage project resources and work with IT managers and stakeholders
- Maintain the IT Programme List and support programme governance
- Support selection, implementation and smooth handover of IT solutions to Operations
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across divisions
- Provide programme management support and ensure effective communication of progress and risks
Key requirements - At least five years of project management experience
- Experience delivering projects in complex environments
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects
- Exposure to matrix organisations and multi-stakeholder environments
- Relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- PRINCE2, PMI or similar project management qualification
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to completion
