Responsibilities - Requirements capture and assessment to identify benefits and opportunities
- Develop and implement robust strategic requirements for future capabilities
- Maintain up-to-date requirements registers and ensure documentation transparency
- Produce fit-for-purpose requirements documents to support capability development
- Stakeholder collaboration with project managers, clients, and leadership
- Create and align requirement management plans across multiple projects/programmes
- Lead requirements workshops and training to foster a proactive culture
Key requirements - Experience in Defence, regulated sectors
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive Requirements management processes
- Experience with DOORs or similar live databases; Advanced Excel familiarity
- PM capability advantageous
- Understanding of benefits mapping or related concepts
