Overview As a Project Manager at Causeway, you will lead end-to-end delivery of software and hardware implementation projects within a digitally transforming portfolio. You’ll work with the PMO and cross-functional teams to keep projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards. You may handle multiple projects concurrently, with clear stakeholder communications and risk management. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, and quality
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define success criteria and track progress
- Oversee project controls, governance, risk, documentation, and change control
- Provide visibility of risks, issues, and forecasts to stakeholders
- Coordinate communications with project stakeholders and third-party providers
- Ensure smooth transition of new projects into support and capture project-specific requirements
- Coordinate sprints, stakeholder meetings, and daily stand-ups as appropriate
- Drive continuous improvement across project and portfolio management operations
Key requirements - PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management qualification
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience with technical software and hardware implementation projects
- Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and third parties
- Commercially astute with ability to balance trade-offs for delivery
- Attention to detail and delivery of high-quality artefacts
