Overview As Global Clinical Project Manager, you will lead vendor management for global clinical trials across all phases, ensuring timely, quality deliverables from study start-up to close-out. You’ll collaborate across functions to manage risks, drive efficiency, and support site activations and study milestones. This role offers exposure to a range of vendor categories and a high-impact sponsor environment. You will shape vendor governance and performance dashboards to optimize trial execution and outcomes.
Responsibilities - Oversee vendor activities across the study lifecycle to ensure quality and timeliness
- Support study start-up by supervising vendor onboarding and activation
- Monitor vendor performance and risks, escalating issues as needed
- Drive site readiness and activation to meet milestones
- Coordinate vendor deliverables for database lock and study close-out
Key requirements - Global clinical project management experience
- Vendor management expertise with at least two vendor types (e.g., central lab, eCOA, IRT, ECG, imaging, ancillaries, or patient recruitment)
- Deep understanding of clinical operations processes
