Overview As a Project Manager, you will lead refurbishment, capital works and infrastructure projects from inception to handover within a leading construction and property consultancy. You’ll act as the main client liaison, manage NEC contracts, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to budget. The role combines project delivery expertise with strong client relationship skills, offering exposure to high‑profile assignments and clear progression paths.

Responsibilities - Lead construction and property projects from inception through to completion
- Be the primary contact for clients and stakeholders
- Administer NEC contracts during delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design and project teams
- Manage project programmes, budgets and risks
- Monitor contractor performance and progress
- Conduct site inspections and project meetings
- Prepare reports and provide regular client updates
- Support business development and maintain client relationships
Key requirements - Degree-qualified in Building Surveying, Project Management or related discipline
- Experience delivering refurbishment, capital works or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
- Building Surveying experience advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving abilities
