Overview In this role you will support and, when capable, lead project management for water-related capital investments across multiple regions. You’ll work with senior leaders to manage the project lifecycle from inception to commissioning, applying NEC contract administration and client-side governance. You will strengthen client relationships, coordinate teams, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery while supporting business development. Responsibilities - Lead or contribute to delivery of water projects across the project lifecycle
- Provide client-side project management support from option studies to tender documentation and site delivery
- Attend meetings, minuting, and supporting procurement strategies and contract administration
- Engage stakeholders including clients, contractors and internal teams to meet scope and resolve disputes
- Manage risk, quality, schedule, HS&E, and contract aspects for projects
- Ensure project outputs meet client satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and time
- Mentor graduates and apprentices and support team resource planning
- Support contract management services on NEC4 contracts and use contract management systems
- Assist with business development opportunities with existing and new clients
Key requirements - Infrastructure project management experience in water (essential)
- Knowledge of NEC contracts, PSC and ECC, with NEC ECC accreditation ideally
- Experience in integrated, multi-organization, collaborative teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder networks
- Ability to work autonomously with Senior PMs/Associates
- Positive, proactive team player with a flexible and respectful attitude
