Overview In this role you will lead delivery on a major NHS redevelopment programme at Airedale Hospital, helping transform the facility into a digitally enabled, low-carbon trust estate. You will work within Gleeds’ programme and project management team to align with business objectives and client needs. You’ll tackle complex projects, manage contracts, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape a flagship healthcare project within a national programme and advance sustainability and digital delivery in healthcare.

Responsibilities - Support Business Unit Directors in delivering objectives
- Engage with customers to grow and maintain relationships
- Deliver high-quality services and outputs meeting customer requirements
- Manage projects/programmes per business procedures
- Administer contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager
- Produce and present to clients
- Mentor and coach staff to realise potential
- Prepare bids for services
- Manage service delivery for profit
- Inform directors promptly of issues affecting projects and PI insurance
Key requirements - Post-qualification project or programme management experience
- Knowledge of project management techniques
- Experience delivering Healthcare projects with NEC contracts as Project Manager
- Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Methodical, analytical approach to work
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, financial and numeracy skills
- Proficient ICT skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
