Responsibilities - Provide leadership across major infrastructure and environmental programmes, setting direction and ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Lead the integration of multidisciplinary teams with robust project management and clear accountability
- Oversee assurance, governance and compliance to keep projects well controlled and aligned with the brief
- Influence client, project and stakeholder decisions, shaping strategy and strengthening relationships
- Strengthen client relationships and grow opportunities by positioning WSP as a trusted delivery partner
- Champion excellence within the EPM team through mentoring and capability development
Key requirements - Proven experience leading environmental projects or workstreams within complex infrastructure or multidisciplinary programmes
- Strong environmental background (e.g., EIA, contaminated land)
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating environmental inputs
- Solid leadership across governance, planning, risk, and delivery management
- Confident, collaborative leader with client engagement and stakeholder management experience
- Chartered, or working towards chartership, with a relevant professional institution
