Overview As a Project Manager at Mace, you will drive end‑to‑end construction projects while embedding HSW, compliance, inclusivity and wellbeing. You’ll lead governance, budgets, risks and delivery quality from inception to handover, aligning programmes with scope and KPIs. You’ll build and mentor teams, coordinate design and stakeholder inputs, and ensure sustainable business outcomes. Responsibilities - Embed Mace’s HSW framework, regulatory compliance, inclusivity and wellbeing leadership
- Deliver end‑to‑end projects with quality, programme certainty and excellence
- Exercise integrity in governance, manage budgets, risks and sustainable outcomes
- Manage and develop teams; drive collaboration, performance, innovation and best practice
- Resourcing and lead project teams; procure/manage design, consultancy and stakeholder inputs
- Deliver end‑to‑end project outcomes; align programme, scope, quality and KPIs
- Control budgets, risks and change; ensure governance, documentation and handover
Key requirements - Substantial project management experience on medium, complex or smaller lead projects
- Experience across construction delivery phases
- Chartered or working towards MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or local equivalent
- Relevant degree, equivalent professional experience or apprenticeship, with valid CSCS (or equivalent)
