Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of complex design packages within the FMN Delivery Team, aligning work with baselines and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with engineering controls, supply chain, safety and regulatory teams to ensure compliant documentation, timely schedules, and effective risk management. The position offers exposure to FEED design and multi-disciplinary engineering, with a clear impact on project performance and delivery excellence. Responsibilities - Lead and track execution of design package delivery to meet performance baselines
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance
- Manage costs and ensure expenditures align with plans
- Develop and maintain project schedules to keep work on track
- Provide performance updates including earned value and variance analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Support change management and manage interdependencies across teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams

Key requirements - Engineering degree
- Project management experience in planning, budgeting, and scheduling in a technical environment
- Engineering competence to support decision-making
