Overview In this role you lead end-to-end project management commissions in the Healthcare sector within the Real Estate division of Turner & Townsend’s Manchester office. You act as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets while maintaining governance, risk, and reporting standards. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and drive KPI-based performance improvements. The role offers impact by shaping healthcare project delivery at scale.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management on commissions, including time, cost and quality targets
- Act as the main client interface to meet objectives
- Establish project governance, processes and systems
- Produce and manage detailed project plans and schedules
- Oversee procurement and resource planning
- Lead cross-functional project teams and performance management via KPIs
- Manage change control and project finances
- Ensure regular client meetings and formal progress reporting
- Interface with clients and other consultants across project stages
Key requirements - Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar)
- Experience managing Healthcare projects, preferably in a consultancy; contracting background considered
