Overview In this role you will lead supply chain strategy for major projects and bids, aligning with win themes, client outcomes, and commercial targets. You will build a strategic supplier relationship programme, manage supplier performance, and drive early market engagement to ensure readiness and resilience. You will shape packaging, avoid delivery risks, and support bid-to-delivery transitions with evidence-based insight. This role offers scope to influence project success through cross-functional collaboration and value-driven sourcing.

Responsibilities - Lead the development of supply chain strategy for bids and delivery models
- Develop and lead a Strategic Supplier Relationship Management Programme
- Implement Supplier Performance Management using Jaggaer e-Procurement and close improvement actions
- Drive early supply chain engagement and market intelligence across key sectors
- Contribute to PQQ and ITT with partner value propositions and innovation cases
- Facilitate Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) with key partners
- Define packaging strategy and supply chain architecture for market approaches
- Support estimators with market-tested inputs for labour, plant, materials, and subcontracting
- Govern supply chain risk and compliance and report readiness to governance bodies
- Integrate supply chain strategy with cross-functional project leadership and delivery
- Provide evidence-based reporting on readiness, risks, and opportunities to gate reviews
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the supply chain
Key requirements - Relevant business degree or equivalent experience (e.g. MCIPS)
- Experience in developing and delivering supply chain strategy
- Pragmatic yet disciplined approach to process compliance
