Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end project management commissions within our Real Estate team, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality. You will act as the primary client interface, aligning objectives with project governance and cross-functional teams. You will shape project strategies, monitor performance, and manage finances and reporting. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions
- Serve as the day-to-day client interface to meet objectives
- Deliver projects within time, cost, and quality targets
- Define success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance)
- Establish project governance, processes and systems
- Prepare detailed project plans and manage planning
- Advise on procurement of resources
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Apply KPI-based performance management
- Oversee change control and project finances
- Manage project information flow with clients and consultants
- Produce formal progress and other reports
- Interface with the client and consultants at all stages
Key requirements - Degree in relevant discipline (desirable)
- Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)
