Overview As a Project Manager in our Infrastructure group, you will lead end-to-end project delivery for water-related commissions across the Midlands and Central South. You will work within a cross-functional team to meet time, cost, and quality targets while aligning with client objectives. You’ll balance hands-on management with stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes on complex civil engineering projects. This role offers the chance to shape delivery on high-profile water programmes in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality
- Provide support on major commissions and own aspects of service delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and cross-functional team collaboration
- Effectively manage project team and, where appropriate, general line management
- Identify and act on business development opportunities with existing and new clients
- Monitor financial performance of projects and ensure accurate reporting of status and data
- Ensure compliance with project conditions of appointment and internal controls
Key requirements - NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred
- Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS or equivalent (preferred)
- Degree-qualified in a construction-related subject (ideally)
- Civil engineering background with water sector experience
- Experience delivering projects in the 1m to 10m range (typical) and handling complex works
