Responsibilities - Lead delivery of projects involving advanced nuclear measurement and protection systems
- Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources and risks
- Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project
- Monitor performance, forecast costs and manage invoicing
- Collaborate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Build customer relationships and manage change requests
- Support bid and proposal activities, including cost estimation and project planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery and financial goals
- Drive continuous improvement and share best practices
Key requirements - Experience managing complex engineering or technical projects
- Strong project planning and organisational skills
- Experience developing and managing project schedules in Microsoft Project
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and financial management experience
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related technical discipline) with demonstrable experience
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4, FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
- Experience with SAP R/3 Project Systems
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience delivering EPC projects within Nuclear Power Generation, Nuclear Waste Management, Defence or Highly Regulated Industries
