Responsibilities - Advise on project conception and delivery approaches to meet client objectives
- Define overall success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment aspects
- Establish project governance, processes and systems
- Produce detailed project plans and manage resources and procurement
- Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor performance via KPIs
- Oversee change control and project finances
- Manage client communications and reporting; interface with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Support staff development and knowledge capture; promote internal process improvements
- Ensure timely invoicing and use of financial management systems (FMS) to track project status
