Overview In this role you will lead complex development projects for Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor clients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver inspiring places that support science, education and sustainable growth. You’ll manage the full delivery lifecycle, nurture client relationships, and mentor junior managers while collaborating with renowned architects and design teams. The position combines strategic advisory work with hands-on project leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture. You will contribute to Bidwells’ mission to create long-term value for clients and communities.

Responsibilities - Lead projects from inception through design, procurement, construction and handover
- Manage client relationships and act as trusted adviser throughout delivery
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants
- Manage programme, cost, quality and project risk
- Lead project meetings and ensure delivery against client objectives
- Support business development and strengthen client relationships
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team growth
Key requirements - Consultancy-based project management experience
- Track record delivering complex construction or development projects
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
- Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) or working towards accreditation
