Overview In questa role you drive delivery and governance for Equity Operations initiatives within a global transformation program. You will partner with multiple lines of business to lead and support projects from core platform development to regulatory initiatives. You’ll ensure auditable governance, produce executive updates, and manage stakeholder relationships across regions. You help shape improvements in equity operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impact. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence process changes and drive timely outcomes in a global bank.
Responsibilities - Maintain governance processes to ensure timely project delivery
- Produce management and stakeholder reports
- Coordinate documentation and meeting logistics; capture minutes and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead and direct business functions and project resources
- Deliver executive updates and summaries
- Manage issue escalation effectively
Key requirements - Product knowledge of Equities
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience with JIRA, AI/LLM, analytics tooling
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement across all levels
- Self-starter, proactive, organized with attention to detail
