Overview As Senior Project Manager in the Residential Development team, you will drive major land and housing projects from inception to completion. You’ll oversee infrastructure works, manage budgets, timelines and quality, and coordinate a multidisciplinary delivery team across the entire design and build lifecycle. You will build trusted relationships with clients, contractors and authorities, lead negotiations, and ensure governance and contract compliance. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping residential development delivery and infrastructure delivery at scale.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and adopting authorities
- Lead negotiations and coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- Act as the project delivery lead and single point of contact
- Define scope, deliverables and success criteria for projects
- Manage programmes, risks, change control and reporting
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to high standards
- Administer NEC4 and industry-standard contracts (NEC4/JCT)
- Support procurement activities and contract negotiations
- Manage project costs, budgets, forecasting and billing
- Oversee civil infrastructure works (highways, drainage, utilities)
- Manage remediation investigations and construction supervision
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams
- Implement quality management processes and project controls
- Manage project information in a Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Ensure governance, contractual and client requirements are met
Key requirements - A civil engineering background is essential
- Practical knowledge of NEC4 and JCT contracts
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects
