Overview In this role you will lead marine interior outfit projects from concept to completion, coordinating across cruise, ferry, defence, and superyacht sectors. You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, from handover to close-out. You’ll manage cross-functional collaboration, planning, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Manage marine interior outfit projects from handover through to completion
- Plan delivery, procurement, resources, and logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines; identify risks and implement solutions
- Produce project programmes, financial reports, and commercial documentation
- Support site resource planning and recommend improvements
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained across sites
- Take ownership of smaller projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to deliver client outcomes
Key requirements - Experience in the marine or interior outfit industry
- Experience managing projects with multiple trades and stakeholders
- Knowledge of marine sectors (cruise, ferry, defence, superyacht) advantageous
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scopes of work
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
