We’re partnered with a well-established engineering firm looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Nashville team and lead land development projects throughout the Greater Nashville area.
What You’ll Do
- Manage land development projects from design through completion
- Oversee design, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and project delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and consultants
- Manage project financials, contracts, invoicing, and change orders
- Support business development and client growth
- Attend client meetings and public hearings as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of civil/site design and land development experience
- Project management and client-facing experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with project budgets and staff management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software
- PE preferred
