Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project execution, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues effectively.
- Oversee budget allocation and control, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations where applicable.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant focus on digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and office-based duties.
