Key Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective task delegation.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing contingency plans.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential challenges to all relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Oversee the procurement and management of project resources, including external vendors and contractors.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in project management , with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile), and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
