Sheffield, South Yorkshire , is seeking a skilled and motivated
Agile Project Manager - Digital Delivery . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of digital projects for a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and fostering collaboration between design, development, and client teams. The position is primarily office-based to facilitate close collaboration and client interaction, but occasional remote work might be considered. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative digital solutions. You will play a key role in client relationship management and ensuring projects meet and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and key metrics, reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and project management practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, ideally within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources for digital projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is advantageous.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to project delivery.
