Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for digital transformation projects.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience leading complex projects, preferably in digital transformation or IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets exceeding £500,000 and leading teams of 10+ individuals.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Prince2.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
