About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for new and existing clients.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business requirements and technical needs.
- Configure and customize the SaaS platform to meet client specifications.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to client end-users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure successful data migration and system integration where applicable.
- Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams, sales, and support departments.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure client satisfaction and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, specifically with SaaS implementations or software deployment.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, and user training.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing client needs.
